Too much sodium and nothing else – if you do lose weight you will guaranteed gain it back on a normal diet
it is not true
green tea shouldnt have salt in it. get the 100% natural green tea. look in the ingredients, it shouldnt have anything but green tea in it, no filler. get the kind you make yourself, not the manufactured drinks. you dont want to do too much of a good thing, i usually just drink it in the morning or with a heavy meal to stimulate my metabolism. also i recommend you sweeten it with natural honey or try stevia or agave instead of sugar.
Weight loss is simply calories in vs. calories out. So even if green tea does speed your metabolism a little, it probably won’t make much of a difference unless you are burning more calories than you take in.
I drink it and it doesn’t make me lose weight.
