I use Green Tea liquid drops

1 Dropper into water (6 oz.)

works fine

I have actually found it much easier to buy a gallon of Arizona green tea (diet or regular) and drink it instead of water. The small amount of caffeine helps me out in the AM.

Any brand of green tea tablet is fine though if you don’t like to drink tea.

I would recommend the chilled green tea from lipton, its delicous and it shares the benefits of other green tea. If you really want to do just the green tea tables, then brand really doesn’t matter, because green tea extract is simply green tea extract and no company is going to do much that is really going to alter the effects, so go with the cheaper kind…
