have you tried it..
i just drank a cup..
i’m just trying to detox from bad foods and such.
do you know if it actually works.

I have drank it before, it is a fairly mild detox type of product that can be taken daily. the key to detox is avoiding the offending foods and products that you are trying to rid the body of, such as sugars, starches, fats, food additives and preservatives, etc. I am not sure how effective it is as far as detoxing is concerned but certainly not harmful. You may want to search detoxing online or go to a health food store and try one of the more in depth types of detox programs
