Do you eat + drink like nothing but green tea. Cuz couldn’t that make you sick from not getting the right nutritions and what not? Or is it just that you don’t drink juice or anything just grean tea?
Yea if seen alot of people post stuff about the green tea diet and they’re saying the exact same stuff. So they are obviously just doing it to get the product out.

But if I decide that I want to try this should I use the actual grean tea packets that you put in warm water or should I just buy the powder to put in water?
