Hunger: I’ve been eating a lot and I still feel SO HUNGRY. I am trying to eat healthier and fewer meals than normal because I want to have a nice body for spring break. I’m also exercising daily. Right after I eat I get hungry again and I don’t know how to stop it!

Extra info: I’ve been drinking 2-3 glasses of this YOGI-DETOX tea that promotes healthy liver function. I’ve stopped drinking and smoking marijuana for the last 4 days and have a plan to stop for the next 26 just to jumpstart a new healthier lifestyle.

Pooping: I’ve been going to the bathroom a lot and when I have to **** it’s A LOT of ****. I don’t know why and it has been stinkier than normal. (sorry TMI) could this be because of the detox tea?

Please help! I don’t know what is up with my body right now!
by eating fewer meals i mean 3 meals a day with a snack in between. Usually I eat like 10x a day and stuff my face. I’m not starving myself and I’m not sleep deprived. I get a good 7-8 hours of sleep everyday!
i’m also a 22 year old student who is approaching finals week… could stress on top of this all be an issue?

I have this Yogi Detox Tea, and I would like to use it. But how do I use it correctly? Am I supposed to drink it for breakfast and lunch and then eat a normal dinner? Or is it made to be a substitute for all meals? How can I safely detox? I want to flush out my system and start fresh with fruits, veggies, and other healthy foods.
